The Philosophy of Science 

In today’s world, new scientific discoveries are occurring everyday. Advances in space exploration, cell biology, and technology have increased the need for students to have a strong background knowledge of science. The course for seventh grade science is designed to accentuate the critical thinking skills and enhance scientific competencies so the student can fully develop to his/her potential.

Introduction

The science course for seventh grade contains components of life, earth, and physical science. It is designed to engage the thought processes necessary to build a solid foundation, which encourages all students to further their understanding of and appreciation for the basic concepts of Science.
