Sound Device Project

Create an acrostic with the letters of your first & last name demonstrating two types of sound devices. 

Decorate your paper.

Example using alliteration and onomatopoeia below:

Dad determined the dinner didn’t taste done,

Everyone eagerly ate the eccentric dish,

Xtremely expecting an unexciting surprise,

To toggle the taste tainted their wish,

Each earned enormous internal pain,

Regaining repose, Dad regained his reign.

Making a milkshake in the swishy milk,

Interesting it looked as I took a sip.

Dash, splash, flicker, flip,

Dong, bong, slippery butter,

Little did I know, my stomach would flutter,

Earthquake, earthquake, the shuffle is over.
