Who loves homework?  Not many students, but it is very important.  Students learn organization, study skills, responsibility, and “school stuff”.  The best way to get students into the homework habit is to establish a homework time.  Homework time is a set period of the evening that is dedicated to schoolwork.  It is the same length every night whether they have homework or not.  Students can use the extra time to study or READ! 

Homework for my classes is placed on the chalkboard Monday mornings for the entire week.  Students are REQUIRED to place this information in their agenda book.  This is the student's RESPONSIBILITY.  Homework constitutes 10% of your child's grade.  I accept homework one day late for 10 points off.  After one day, the assignment becomes a zero.  Students may also use Lesson Line as a back up.
