Parents and Students:
I welcome you to the 2006-2007 school year, which hopefully will be our most successful yet. In art class students are expected to work hard to master the curriculum, working with more challenging materials which demand higher-level thinking and reasoning. To achieve success in this endeavor we will form a partnership of effort, cooperation, and encouragement both at school and at home. To maximize teaching and learning, we have a few basic procedures which students are expected to follow:
1. Be Cooperative and Helpful
2. Be Respectful of Materials
3. Be Respectful of Others
4. Listen and be Prepared for Work
Consequences:
Conduct Marks are recorded for a conduct grade. Students may receive conduct marks without receiving a conduct slip. Students are told when they have been given a mark.
